How to cancel Backstage - Casting Calls and get your money back

Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Backstage - Casting Calls → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

They have bots posting fake auditions this is a scam Update: to the dev responding. Stop your lying this has been pointed out on multiple message boards this is 100% a scam. “We assure you” Translation we have no factual information to back your claim and we scam you daily. Fire these devs and hire people who can actually sort through fake postings.
The concept sounds great. No free trial. You pay $20 to try, and realize that the app is useless especially for UGC content creators. They just keep sending you fake job posting that no one ever gets back.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Backstage - Casting Calls?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
Apple generally expects refund requests within 90 days of the charge. Ask as soon as you notice it — requests on recent charges are approved more often.
Apple declined my request. Is that the end?
No. A first decline is common and is often automated. You can submit the request again with more specific facts and ask for review by a senior advisor. If it is declined again, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer.
