I downloaded app to use as remote for my Amazon tv. Once downloaded it said I have to pay $8.99 per month to use remote. I can’t figure out how to cancel it - and I never agreed to pay that and never entered payment information. Very confusing and I am worried about being charged
I downloaded the app because my fire tv app kept glitching. I quickly deleted it because if you need to charge a fee fine . Maybe a one time charge would be fine. But a WEEKLY subscription is crazy! It’s cheaper to just buy a replacement remote off Amazon! The creators of this app should be ashamed! And a one who brought it is wasting money smh

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Remote for Firestick · Fire TV?
